We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.
Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your package may not be visible within the shippers tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.

Shipping charges to addresses outside the Continental USA will be calculated for you upon store checkout.
Selecting FREE SHIPPING option DOES NOT delay your order processing or shipping.

International Shipping - Customs & Brokerage Fees
All international packages can be subject to fees from your country's customs. 86Speed is not responsible for payment of taxes, and/or duty fees. The amount that is charged varies for each country. If the package is refused, the customer is liable for all charges and fees that occur including but not limited to return shipping, customs charges, damages...etc. Please call or email us if you have any more questions. We try our best to make sure all online shipping cost are accurate. If you are an International customer and would like the most accurate quote, please email us the items you are looking for along with your full address.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the Brand/MFG. You are responsible for sending back the return to us at your cost. If your order qualified and was shipped to you freight free the original amount of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of a shipping error on our part, we will issue you a return label for the incorrect item.
If you need to return an item, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number, part number in question, and detailed reason for wanting to return the product. We will then proceed to qualify your request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. All Orders Returned with out prior autorization and a RGA Number will be refused. Please understand we need to track any inbound shipments for quickest processing of your return. Damaged product must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery, we have limited time to make a claim with the shipping company
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Items that cannot be returned:
Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged - contact us to start this process. We will handle these issues accordingly. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as fast as possible. 86 Speed will cover all shipping charges in this situation to make it right. We cannot however cover 3rd party charges such as labor charges associated with incorrect parts. Please double check to make sure you received the correct item before taking them anywhere to have installed.
You may request a change to your order, provided that your order has not already been processed and/or shipped. Once the order ships you may be responsible for restocking fees and shipping charges.
Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 5% cancellation/processing fee on all orders placed but cancelled prior to shipping. This is only fair if you ordered the parts but change your mind and want a refund there are fees and time involved on our end. Don’t forget we price match and can change your order, we are very easy to work with just tell us what's up so we can help.
Your order change/cancellation must be confirmed by an 86Speed customer service representative that it has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer or distributor. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 7 business days.
Refunds for orders processed through Bread Financing
Bread financed orders are subject to our standard cancellation/return fees. These fees cannot be collected through Bread. The customer will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee prior to 86Speed verifying the return to Bread so the financing obligation can be satisfied.
CA Sales Tax
On occasion, to expedite your order we have our vendors drop ship items directly to you. If the Vendor/Shipper and the Receiver both are located California, we are required to charge sales tax. In the event this occurs, we will contact you immediately, and you will be invoiced (via paypal) for the sales tax amount.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, 86Speed shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 86Speed shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. 86Speed reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Fraudulent Online Transaction Claims
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you. We record all IP addresses (even if you’re using an IP Mask) for all transactions, investigate and prosecute all credit card frauds to the fullest extent of the law.
International Warranty Support
Most manufacturers offer warranty support on their products for a period of time. This warranty only applies to USA residents as the manufactures will not cover international shipping, taxes, and other import/export duties.
86Speed also does not support international warranty claims. Any client that is not located inside the USA purchasing items from us must agree and understand that products provided do not come with any warranty support. Items are "AS-IS" with no MFG warranty or warranty from 86Speed to residents outside of the United States. Warranty only applies to residents of the United States that are located inside the United States.
86Speed is not responsible for any damages that results from using the item(s) purchased through 86Speed. Please read all instructions and/or installation manuals carefully before using the product. Some item(s) are only legal off-road and/or off-highway and may be illegal for public roads or highways. Please check with your state and local laws.
Any customer information including any email addresses received by 86 Speed. will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically we may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from us then you may send an email to [email protected] with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.
